2023 Banner Code of Conduct

Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance Banner policies have been developed to protect TeamMembers frompotential workplace hazards. TeamMembers must become familiar with and understand how these policies apply to their specific job responsibilities and seek advice from their supervisor or Environment Health and Safety whenever they have a question or concern. TeamMembers are responsible for maintaining a safe environment by participating in training and drills, promptly reporting identifiedhazards, utilizing safework practices, andadhering toall safetypolicies andprocedures. It is important that TeamMembers immediately advise their supervisor or Environment Health and Safety of any serious workplace injury or any situation presenting a danger or injury so timely corrective actionmay be taken to resolve the issue. Banner complies with all environmental laws and operates every facility, provider group, ancillary service area and insurance division with the necessary permits, approvals and controls. We diligently employ the proper procedures to provide a good environment of care and to prevent pollution.
