Outside Business Associate An Outside Business Associate is an entity or individual with which Banner does business, or may do business, including anyone who has an ownership or a compensation arrangement with any entity or individual with which Banner does or may do business. An item cannot be accepted from an Outside Business Associate if it is offered, given, requested, or accepted in exchange for or to induce referrals or other business that may be reimbursed by a Federal health care program.
