VI. Additional Information: A.
Any exceptions to this Policy must be approved in writing by all of the following: (a) a Banner Regional President or the Chief Executive Officer of the applicable Medical Group, (b) Banner's Ethics & Compliance Department, (c) Banner's Legal Department, (d) Banner's Internal Audit Department, and Banner’s Business Health Department. B. The Chief Financial Officer of each Medical Group, or his/her designee, will be responsible for ensuring that the applicable Medical Group adheres to the requirements of this Policy. C. All Banner employees whose responsibilities are affected by this Policy are expected to be familiar with the basic procedures and responsibilities created by this Policy. Failure to comply with this Policy will be subject to appropriate performance management pursuant to all applicable policies and procedures, up to and including termination of employment. D.
